Fused Alumina Zirconia is produced in a high temperature electrical arc furnace by fusing zirconium quartz sand that is regarded as main raw material. It is characterized by hard and dense structure, high toughness, good thermal-stability. It's suitable for manufacturing large grinding wheels for steel conditioning and foundry snagging, coated tools and stone blasting, etc. Chemical Composition (% by weight) Al2O3 ZrO2 TiO2 SiO2 >68.0 20.0-27.0 <3.00 <1.50 Available Sizes F16-F220. P16-P220. Other sizes can be also available according to customers' requirements Packing 25kg or 50kg packed in three layers bags, or can be packed on request
